Why did you buy a $400 phone? That's insane.
I just recently got a $200 phone for $100. It's a nice one too. It's an LG VX4400. It's got a color screen and everything. And Verizon is wonderful so far.

As for the customer service people not being in or whatever, didn't they give you a toll free number to call for help? I had to call the first night I got my phone because I locked the keypad and couldn't figure out the password to unlock it, bwahaha.

Damn, that sounds like how Suncom ripped me off a couple of years back. *******s. Don't ever go with Suncom, they are horrible. I went to get my first cell phone in my name and they gave me this bull**** about me not having any credit and so I had to give them a $150 deposit unless I wanted it in my name. They told me it would help build my credit, so I was like... Mmmkay. Well, I tried to get out of the contract so I could go with Verizon and they were telling me it would cost me $200 to get out of it because they automatically renew the contract after a year if you don't let them know ahead of time. The thing is, I let them know about 3 months ahead of time, yet they still tried to screw me over. I wasn't having it. I don't know how many people I have hell to on the phone. Turns out, the only thing they could do for me was give me the cheapest plan until November of this year. Bastards.

my first cell phone was from cingular i got that free only caue my friend worked there had that almost 2 years decided i was gonna be nice a hook this ho up with a phone she ran my bill up a grip she didnt pay it, i had her hert really bad and her car too, called it even, went to verizon got a bad ass phone

The deals are thru AT&T wireless so monthly it'll be about the same as a cell phone. I like it cuz you can transfer info from your phone to your PC using and vice versa.

thats bad ass. I had a choice between at&t or verizon and i went for verizon, was that stupid?????? i think the only thing verizon has on at&t is the plans are better

I have verizon now and hate it because they have a ****ty state to state plan which is important because I'm always going back and forth from Oregon to Cali. AT&T is supposed to have a good west coast plan. The service in state works well enough though.

yeah verizon told me somrthing about the only states that are free for me to call is of course cali and navada thats it, i tryed to get them to make it new york so i can talk to my friends but tha was a waste of breath, but other then that so far so good.
