Best night of training ever.

I think i got 2 black eyes and i got some nice bruising on my forehead, and my nose is slightly messed up.

I FEEL GREAT.

I'm kinda pissed they cut training at 1 1/2 hours tonight. :(

no went pretty much no rules Vale-Tudo in class tonight. just didn;t strike at 100%

You're just like me Vulgar, I don't feel good about training unless I got cuts, and black eyes and bruises and fat lips. I don't like sore limbs, just bruises and any marks on the face.

The only problem i have is that I dont; want to punch anyone i nthe face (at training). we all are pals and get along but you knwo i dunno who can get there face messed up and who can't.
