On the day of a fight, by the time I get in the ring, I am sometimes lacking a bit of energy because of all the nervous energy that has been expended throughout the day. I am thinking of looking into some supplements that I am able to take on the day of the fight maybe an hour or two before to make up for this.
Can anyone recommend anything?
I have heard from one friend that multivitamins can serve this purpose. Does anyone on here use multivitamins? Are they effective?
I am only looking for supplements that are safe and 100% legal.

Yeah, use multivitamins. Megaman works for me.
Don't go for stuff like coffeine or amphetamine, they are just bad.
Hypershock.
Any type of Vitamin b12 supplement

Thanks guys,
I definately won't be going for caffeine or amphetemine supplements. Blood pressure before a boxing match is already high because of the adreneline and nervousness. It would be very dangerous to take stuff that pumps it up any further.
So I will look into vitamins, particularly do some research on B-12.
Karma for both.

yea u dont need that shit to boost ur pressure up anymore than its already gonna be from the anxiety. u dont need anything extra, when u get into the ring, the adrenaline will be energy enough!

Too much adrenaline can also cause you to tire out a bit. Especially when the adrenaline is flowing throughout the day.
