don't eat before running. run then get breakfast. i'm sure that other guys on the board can give you get a much more accurate explanation, but i think the goal should be to run at a pace that you can sustain for about a 1/2 hour.

1) Definitely run on a empty stomach, u cud just have a bannana or sumthing just to give a boost of energy but thas it and maybe a glass of water.

2) Its good to run for about 3 mins then take a 1 min interval and tdo this 10 times..... 3 mins could be regarded as 1 round nd then 1 min interval is the break between them.

3) As for distance try aiming for abt mayb 6 - 8km, u shud b trying to burn off 400 - 500 calories.

Hope that helps

1) go run before eating, jus drink a cup of water and hit the roads.

2) jog and run and sprint and ****, vary ur intensity levels constantly thru the rung to emulate a fight. sometimes ur going hard, sometimes not so hard. other days do strictly sprints and/or interval runs.

3) some days run 3-5 miles, other days sprints and intervals, and hills if u got them in the area.

hope that helps...
