I had it stretched up to a 4 guage as a reference i could almost put my pinkie throught the hole. my pinkie is (let me get tape measure) roughly 2 inches around

it made an indent into my palate so i took it out cause it hurt when it hit my teeth and the top of my mouth hurt.

I have worked my way back to a 10 guage where i will stay (less i go back to an 8) till i take it out
