It's been ridiculously hot lately. My room is already like a sauna and now it's worse! Whooooo!!

u r lucky, my stupid air conditioning only goes about 2 feet if we are lucky, my kids are chillin in diapers, in the pool or a cold ass bath, and to top it off the stupid ass salvidorian managers dont do **** about it, and even worse im up staires and the termastat on my heater is ****ed so when its hot out my apartment is ****ed, i cant use the stove nothing cause it gets to damn hot

No... it usually hurts on and off a week before my period. But it's been continuously hurting for three days straight... my guess is that this time of the month will be long and full of cramps.

I sometimes get period pain too.

I get them all the time if my diet is funky. But more than two days is very unusual for me. It's been a three continueously painful days and I have no idea why.

i remember when my man and me were ****ing for 3 hours straight, the next morning i woke up crying, that ass brused me inside and that was so painful, i can imagine what ur going through, best thing is go get checked out if it continues

It works different for some girls. Even birth control helps a lot.

Your next period on the FIRST DAY go to a clinic anywhere that gives birth control, tell them u want the depo shot, ur period will last longer then it should, but just a few day then regular, after that NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I havnt had my period since i had my daughter and it already been 1 YEAR

i was on the pill when i got pregnant with both my kids, **** the pill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The depo shot u get every 3 months and its the ****

yes u can, see if i were to get off the shot, it could take up to one year for me to get my period again maybe sooner, of course we all know a girl needs her period to concive a child, **** my friend was 3 days late getting her shot and what do u know she had a baby, its different with each person

Tammy, maybe you should try those heat patch things. I forget who makes them, but I got a free one on the last box of tampons I bought, and it's like a little heating pad that you stick to the outside of your panties. I'm sure you've seen them advertised before. I thought it was great. I wore one when I was cramping and it helped me a lot. It stays hot for up to 12 hours.

Honestly, I don't know how healthy it could be to not have a period, you know? I've always wondered about that.

I'm on the pill and it's working fine for me. I've been on it for almost 5 years. It's helped with the cramps some, but not totally eliminated them or anything. Here lately, my cramps have gotten worse again. They make me so sick. Like, dry heaving sick. It's awful.

I hate shots though. I had to get a couple of shots my senior year and I got sick when I had them, lol. Sounds weak and lame, but for some reason, I always get sickly when I have blood taken or I get a shot. I don't mind the needles at all, but for some reason, I get so sick right afterwards. I always have to layd down for a while to prevent it. I hate it. It pisses me off because I'm just ready to get in, get out, and be done with it.

I don't think I'd ever go on the shot for birth control, though. I'd never make it, lol. Besides, I don't really mind menstruating. It's a natural/normal part of life. I deal with it.
