Curly Howard

I'm seeing more definition in areas I couldn't get before.
My neck especially. I've been using it for about a month now.
I never used supplements before.

Creatine is probably the most overratted supplement on the market.

You think so kage? I personally found it worked really well - apart from a little stomach discomfort the strength gains were pretty decent + I definitely found the lactic acid was definitely delayed. I think its a great supplement - and almost all the heaviest lifters at my gym use it.

I'm gonna cycle off it in about a week or so, I might also start up with glutamine, give that a little try - expensive **** though.

it's all expensive...

Magic Man

actually creatine isn't expensive, I bought a 1 kg container, and having at most 10g a day for 2 or so months (I personally think the loading phase is a waste of time) and 5 grams on off days, the 1 kg container should easily last you 6 months. For a 1kg container, it cost me $60 - so $10 a month = **** all.

My protein is ****loads more expensive, I go through a 2.5 kg container a month, which costs me around $70 for a tub, so thats about $840 a year compared to $120 for a year's supply of creatine, with some to spare (although creatine has an expiry date, so beware).

Its never dont that much for me. It makes your muscle's hold more water, so it might make you feel a bit stronger, but i never felt such a big difference when i would cycle it. If it's working for you , thats great. And i think it is good that you are cycling it. Only you can tell what works for you thru trial and error.

yeah no doubt, hey have you used any glutamine before kage? If so what were ur experiences with it.

yes i have a tub of glutamine that i mix in with my protein. I actually cycle glutamine also. A lot of whey formulas out there have a little glutamine mixed in it. I think it does help with the repairing process after a grueling workout. Me like it.

I was thinking more pit bull, or maybe a mixture - nothing like a bit of choice.

Too much poo, I would consider chihuahu pellets though.
