Normally I **** around about **** like this, but this time.... this actually turns into be a very serious, yet horrible incident.

This morning I recieved a call from my buddy's mom. His name is BJ. BJ had a warrant issued for his arrest about 2 months ago for a DUI ticket. Well to make a long story short, he tried turning himself in this past week and they kept giving him the run around and told him to come back in a few hours. So of course, just said, "**** it... i tried, oh well".

2 nights later, the police came to his house at 4am in the morning with a search warrant... busted down the door(at his mom's house), and took him to jail. He thought he was going to jail for his DUI warrant. When he was getting booked... he was being charged with 10 feelonies, following some of those were: 1st degree murder, and kidnapping charges.

He is know facing 25 years to life for a crime he did not commit. I was called so I can go to court and prove that he was with me within weeks before and after the killing.

This is not ****ing right!!! This can not be real!!!! 25 years to life for a crime he DID NOT COMMIT.

This happens alot more than it should, I've read countless stories where a man is convicted of a crime and future evidence proves there innocense after they have already served a few years in prison. I hope everything gets worked out...

Which is why the death penlty is a BAD idea.

How many innocent people have been put to death for crimes they did not commit?
