I mean if you think about it, its not so difficult to happen to you.
You are walking along a road, and then you see a chicky lying spread eagle, and then you say "hey can I **** you?" and then she says nothing, so you say "if you don't say anything, then i guess you don't mind?", then she'll say nothing, so you do the deed. Then it's only later when you check her pulse and then NO PULSE! do you run away.
