last month i set aside my boxing triaining for 2 weeks to try and bulk up a little to gain some weight and a little more power i moved from 140-147. my chest grew rather well along with my arms and back. BUT when i was happy with my improvments i went back to boxing and it felt all wrong as if i didnt have my normal fast jabs or my left hook anymore. everything felt akward and outta place, i know it prbly because of taking the 2 weeks off and not training but i was also wondering if the added bulk could be the prblm and im not adjusted to it yet er somthing along that lines.
