2 Cups Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats
1 Any color Bell Pepper

10:30am
1 Cup Lactaid Calcium Fortified Fat Free Milk
50 Grams Whey Protein
1 Banana

1:00pm
1 Sweet Potato
Chicken Tenderloins

4:00pm
1 Cup Lactaid Calcium Fortified Fat Free Milk
50 Grams Whey Protein
Apple

7:00pm
Chicken Tenderloins
vegetables
brown rice
2200 Cals A day 280 grams protein 210 grams carbs I know the 2200 Cals is a little bit more cause I eat good fats too lIke Nuts And Flax Seed Olive Oil Flax Oil

My weekly workout routine
I will be lifting weights and Boxing

This week
Sun-Tue- Lift Weights, Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves, Quads
Mon- Boxing Training
Tue- Lats Middle Back, Lower Back, Abs
Wed- Boxing Training
Thu- Neck ,Traps ,Shoulder ,Chest, Triceps
Friday-Boxing Training
Sat-Rest Day

if you can keep that up then it sounds some bomb. I would maybe add another banana, maybe even 2, i'm totally jumping on that bandwagon right now.

you know, honestly, that isn't very high of a food bill. all of that stuff comes in bulk and pretty cheap at Sam's/Wallyworld.

Well maybe not,but with that schedule he has.I can only see ppl getting ready for a Championship fight doing.

yeah, going 6/7 days is a trip. I'm putting in like 2 hours a day-ish and it is an absolute drain and I get kind of a lot of sleep as I'm a college student with no job.
