But now im goona be sparring guys that have atleast 1 year experience with amateur fights. I have been training hard and smart boxing and conditioning wise. Please throw in your advice.

Seems like you're gonna be their sparring opponent... Keep your hands up and move... Think 24/7: Mayweather VS Bloody Sparring Partner

Hey mate just do what you've been doing all along, they must think your ready to go for it. So just do what you know and you'll learn quickly, because otherwise they'll know how to punish you.

They're just regular fighters.Dont treat them like world champions in your head.It will **** you up and make you nervous. When I spar I get in there with a "I dont give a ****" attitude.

ya I was told I have to watch out for one guy that im goona be sparring, because he throws as hard as he can for a couple seconds and then tires out, so im guessing I have to let him empty his gas tank out and hope to god I dont get caught with one of those wild hard punches but after those hes all mine :owned: :boxing: and keep the advice and comments comin guys

VERSATILE2K7 gave the best advice stay cawm and convince yourself that your just as good as him.Every sparring session ive had was with a much more experienced fighter and I found if I got nervous It just made it worse.Stay relaxed and out think him.

The best words that I can say is have respect for what your dealing with. Yet in no way be timid about taking it, just be ready to eat it a few times harder if you know what I mean. That how a fighter builds himself. "Ya gotta wann it Rock!!!!!!!!!!"...............Rockin':boxing:
