I train at my local gym 5 days a week and after atleast 3 of those workouts i tend to cook up some good old ribeye steak. Ive heard that red-meat is not good for you, that white meat like chicken breast and turkey is better. Why is that? And should I really be eliminating my favorite food in the world which happens to pack some serious amount of protein?
p.s. - A1 steaksauce for life.

I know when Tyson trained in Catskills his diet was steak and pasta. So I dont see anything that wrong with it.

i think its because steak has a lot of calories but if you are working out that much i dont see a problem with it.

it's also hard to digest, most men have about 5 pounds of undisgested red meat in their bowels, however, a good psyillium fiber colon cleanse could push that shit right out of u

Yea i heard on some programme that the average american male has about 50lbs of undigested red meat in their stomach by the time they're 50-60. Id basically be a vegitarian if it wasnt for chicken lol.
