What do you do??

Personally i always end up sparring at the end of the session because...

1. I'm already tired and come fight night, i'll be used to be fatigued and still fighting hard. (it almost simulates nervous exhaustion).

2. Its the treat at the end of the session. The icing on the cake..

i know theres minusses though...

So what do you do? Before or After, and why?

The trainers at my gym follow the same principle they see it as practice at being comfortable while being fatigued in the ring.

Thats what my plans are going to be.I mean I already spar at the end.But I wanna do some intense mitt work, run like 3 miles, and as soon as I come in have a fresh sparring partner waiting for me.

usually i spar at the beginning when i'm fresh, but every now and then i'll spar at the end if the sparring partners come in late or whatever. i think both ways are beneficial...obviously...

My sparring days are just sparing, nothing else. A short warmup before sparing, then I lace them up.

After Im done sparing, I stretch out and figure out what I did wrong, and what I need to improve.

Then I go home.

Where i go sparring is always last after some fitness and then technique work, means your buggered in there but you know you can handle it then.

I like to spar before... so I can be fresh and we can see where we are both at .... You'll be fresh when you fight.. why not mimic it.

I strive for the best ways I can see. When tired you can see things clearly.I know I do.
