I buy this chicken breast at costco its only 99% fat ..i usually fry it because i hear if you bake the chicken, it takes out all the protein..is it true? but then if i fry, im gettin more oil on my food..so what the hell should i do?is that baking thing true?

Grilling and boiling are the best ways, if you boil it though you will hardly get flavor so i usually put hot sauce on it

get some of that spray stuff. its not fat, but it means you can fry it without it sticking to the pan.

I dont think thats true. I only bake mine, and sometimes grill.

grill or chiken is nice in the oven .... but you could also but it in a george forman grill to get all the fat out.

pan-cook it with a little (extra)virgin olive oil in the pan.

If you fry your chicken with all the breading then it's gonna have extra carbs and sodium you don't want

i live off the foreman grill man.. i put everything on it.. sandwiches, chicken, make quesillas toast my ppj.. its the best thing invented.. i gotta small one, its under 20 dollers man.. and baking doesnt make u lose the protein.. where the **** did u hear that?

I have never heard that about baking. I did some searches and I cant find nothing on it. I agree with poster above get yourself a george foreman grill.
