(On sparring days)
5 minutes skipping
4-6 rounds of sparring
4 rounds of mitt work
4 rounds of heavy bag
2 rounds of double end bag
2-3 rounds of speed bag
15-20 minutes of skipping / or 3-4 rounds of skipping
pushups / pullups / pike press (handstand pushups for me) / body squats
3 rounds shadow sparring (with partner)
100 medicine ball hits to the stomach
conditioning drills
handspeed drills
conditioning work

it changes each day but that is the gist of it. we never go a workout without doing those things (sparring is 2 or 3 days a week) on non sparring days is the same stuff jus with more rounds and more intensity.

No its not a typo. Being on the bag that much increases my punching power,I do defense exercises with it.I work on my speed with it. I think strategy when Im punching it,and once again it increases my punching power.Without that my power wouldnt be as close as it is now.Ppl neglect the punching bag for some odd reason. I remember Tyson and Foreman saying they have so much power because they're always on the punching bag.

I sometimes stay on the bags for 2 hours straight. If ppl stayed on the bag and punched it like it stole something, then Im sure there power would increase also. Which I rarely see.

The whole 24 rounds(112minutes). Most of the time I just time it with hours instead of rounds. My trainer likes me on the bags anyway,so it works out.
