Ever since I got my drivers license Ive been doing badly dieting wise. I am training good and Im not skipping or ditching my gym and running and everything else. But I am doing very poorly on my dieting. I have to admit being able to drive to 7-eleven or nearby party stores is tempting and I often cant resist but to go to 7-eleven and eat bad food. I am sitting here pissed as **** right now because I thought about how good I was doing on my diet when I didnt drive and part of that is back 3 months ago I could not drive so I was out at the most once a day getting dropped off at the gym or something like that. But now its almost like a soul inside me that makes me grab the car keys and go eat junk food. I am not eating searious junk food like burger king or mcdonalds, but I am gaining weigh! I went from being 156 to 159 1/2 not to mention im still working out daily and running. my body fat has went up for sure. I am outraged on how ****ing retarted I am, it makes no sense for me to run and box and work out super hard and then go and ****ing stuff my mouth with ****ing shit like strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Anyway other than my diet im excelling in boxing. O and incase you guys didnt know im 16 and have been boxing for about 10 months. Please AND I MEAN PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS! ANY AND I MEAN ANY ADVICE OR HELP IS APPRECIATED! THANKS
