I eat food that I don't necessarily like the taste of, because of how I feel AFTER eating it. Green tea comes to mind. So do those little sprouted crunchy things.

LOL, you just described the "walnut" for me. I actually have to monitor my intake of this nut.:cop:

I always feel great whenever I'm in a routine of boxing, exercise and eating healthily.

I haven't kept to this all summer and I've been down quite a lot and just generally felt shitty.

yeah i almost never enjoy the taste of my meals, but i dont find it hard to eat them because of the way they make me feel (and look). feeling good doesnt just affect feeling good though, it has somany knock on effects, like you feel good, so you feel confident, so you look confident, ect. ect. ect.

more than anything if i dont exercise and eat well i feel like SHIT

Psychologically banana's are hard for me to eat. The texture of them is kinda ****ed up and it grosses me out. I have to force myself to eat them when I do. This is what I usually eat each day

6-7am: 2 Bowls of Wheaties
9-10am: 1 apple, cup of pineapples
12pm: Either tuna or a sandwhich and some cottage cheese
2-3pm: Bag of carrots and sugar snap peas

After 5pm it may vary depending on if I'm training that day or not. If i'm training I usually don't eat anything after 3 so i can give myself about 3 hours to digest before I box. Otherwise it's kind of up for grabs as to what I eat after 5. I try to eat chicken or something high in protien but it all depends.
