HBO has gone to **** for primetime dramas. Whatever happened to shows like Oz, Six Feet Under, Deadwood and The Sopranos? I know they all ran their course, with the exception of Deadwood which still had enough material for another season. But hell, the shows for this years lineup suck. What the **** is "John From Cincinatti" about anyway? Surfers?

The only dramas I'm looking forward to this year are the returns of "Dexter" and "Broherhood" on Showtime in September. If you haven't see either I'd reccomend looking them up. Quality TV.

I still watch entourage, John from Cinci was terrible, but at least it got canceled soon.

Showtime has better **** right now, with weeds and dexter.

Brotherhood on showtime is good and weeds is okay. HBO is where its at with Entourage and curb. I hope The Wire returns IMO best show ever.

The Showtime and HBO shows are really the only shows I watch. I don't watch any shows on regular TV. It started for me watching Oz on HBO and then the Soprano's. Now I watch The Wire, Big Love, Entourage, and John from Cinncinati. I actually liked John from Cincy. It was a weird show, but if you like thought provoking shows then it was good and you would understand it.

I just got Showtime so I've been watching the new season of Weeds, watched the first season of Dexter on Demand and will probably do the same with Brotherhood. Dexter might be my favorite show right now. It's weird because I root for the guy and hope he never gets caught even though he kills people, but the people he kills I feel deserve it. Can't wait for the new season to start, lets see if Dokes can figure him out.
