Right now I'm a bit banged up, but i've never really gotten hurt doing MMA, the kick to the eye I got is my worst MMA injury so far. I hurt my shoulder when I jumped into bed a little to enthusiastically and landed on it wrong. I've ****ed myself up surfing though. Once my board hit me in the face and broke the bridge of my nose and my cheekbone. This required surgery and I was just a young kid without insurance and had to find a Dr. that could cut me a deal. I found a guy that said we could take a huge chunk off the bill if we skipped the anesthesioligist. He shot me up with 9 shots of cocaine directly into the face and a demerol drip in the IV. I wasn't out though and watched him rebreak my nose with a little mallet and metal rectangle. Then he put these little dodads that kind of worked like reverse vice to stretch out my nostrils HUGE and stuck these long needle nosed like pliers with sharp hooks on the end into my open and gushing nostrils(lotsa suction going on) slid them under the skin of my cheekbone and pulled the bones back together. It sucked. Then another time my foot slipped off the middle of my board and went to the side by the rail flipping my board up sideway hitting me square in the nuts and ruptured my left testicle. So what were you guys's worst injuries?

You win.

I fell down a 40 foot cliff when I was 12, broke a wrist and a collarbone, had 15 stitches around my ear as it was hanging off my head. Got a mad concussion and spent a night in hospital for it.
Smashed my collarbone playing rugby when I was 18.
Have had 8 copncussions all up from getting head high tackles and ****.
Funny part is never had any problem from boxing or martial arts.

Blew two discs in my back when I was 22 from falling down a hole

The ear and disc **** sounds pretty painful. Yeah, I've found MA and MMA to be pretty safe hobbies.

Yikse! I knew a guy who lost a toe when a car ran over his foot. He wasn't as lucky as you and it ****ed up the way he walks.

compressed disc and the missing tooth. Rugby kills. Mma is tough but safe.

Going for x-rays was fun. I got pain killers and muscle relaxer for the brusing around my spine.

As for your nose thing. When playing rugby a team mate got a broken nose. Goes to the sideline. Put on finger to his nose to close one hole and starts blowing cartilge(I know I spell) out.
