You and I have had to make weight and been to gyms and my second gym for instance no one ever heard about it. It was a white collar *** gym and my first was ghetto though. My first gym a 16 year old kid beat the number three guy in the country in Nationals and barely lost to the number one guy in the USA a few months back by the way. He is now far superior to my 21-5 feat from the nineties.lol

There's a BIG difference between losing water weight to make a weigh in, and fat loss to fit a pair of jeans. In the former, you gain every ounce back when you take liquid in after the weighin. So this "old school weight loss trick from the 90'ies" (geez...) is next to useless for fatloss.
