Isn't training the greatest. When I go home and feel like ****, and I'm bloody and sore, I feel like I trained hard that day.

The worst is the forearm and elbow pain. It's almost as bad as jerking off for 5 hours in a row.

in regards to the ice.......i don't need ice, i am a man. i get swollen, then i heal. i fall, then i get up. ice is for people that need to heal. i do not need to heal. i need to endure the pain and soak it in. i need to deal with the pain and go do it again tomarrow. you are right though, i need to watch my nose. if it does get broken.... i will just go back to doing my bjj sessions. besides, i don't look that bad.
