>Ryan: Another crazy and amazing night of fights...Quite a few upsets, which upset surprised you the most?

>Stephen: Fedor completely dominating Minotauro. I expected a closer fight. But Rodrigo is by no stretch finished. I saw Fedor this morning and he barely had a scratch on him.

>Ryan: Was Sakuraba healthy in your opinion going into this fight?

>Stephen: Not 100%. He hasn`t really been 100% since the first fight
with Wanderlei.

>Ryan: How good is Elvis??!

>Stephen: Elvis is fairly good on the ground but not the best standup
fight in the world. The match looked a lot like Royler versus Sakuraba
from 1999. Saku had the match well under control but made a mistake and
got caught. Elvis did the right thing in reacting to Saku`s error in
judgement.

>Ryan: Does anything surprise you when Quinton Jackson steps into the
ring?! This guy has won in K-1 as a huge underdog, he walks into Pride
and handles Randleman. Where does he belong in the rankings of the 205
pound weight class?

>Stephen: Quinton Jackson is one of my favorite fighters. Ranking-wise
he`s right next to Chuck Lidell and Wanderlei Silva in the 205 pound
sweepstakes. I feel Quinton would give both of those guys their toughest
fight. He has improved immeasurably under the coaching of the great
Colin Oyama. When Jackson faces Wanderlei it will the 205 pound
superbowl of MMA.

>Ryan: What impressed you the most about Fedor?

>Stephen: His absolute resolve to beat Nogueira at his own game.
Fedor`s punching power is positively frightening. Sherdog told me he was
right next to them during the fight taking pictures on the ring apron
and the the sound of his shots landing was SICK!

>Ryan: How about Minotauro, was there anything he could have done to
change the outcome?

>Stephen: In theory, yes. But in reality, no. Fedor had his number on
this particular evening. After the first round it was one-sided. Minotauro will be back though trust me.

>Ryan: We have just seen the Heayweight Division get turned on it's
ear. Tim Sylvia KO's Ricco Rodriguez, Fedor dominates Nogueira, where does this leave the Heavyweight Division in both Pride and the UFC, and who really are the Top Five guys in the world at Heavyweight?

>Stephen:

1. Fedor Emelianenko
2. Rodrigo Nogueira
3. The rest...

>Ryan: How good is Anderson Silva??!! Can this guy beat Matt Hughes in your opinion?

>Stephen: Anderson would have a hard time with Matt Hughes ...at 170.
But Silva is pretty much at 185 now so if the match stood up for just a
tad too long, it could be another BADA-BING ending for the Brazilian. I
want to see Anderson take on Dan Henderson at 185 in PRIDE for a 3rd
title.

>Ryan: Any final thoughts about Pride 25?

>Stephen: The best PRIDE FC ever.

>Ryan: Will you win any Oscars for Cradle 2 the Grave?! (Sorry had to plug you in the movie!)

>Stephen: Hee hee. Oh yeah they created a new category for me: best
supporting actor, with the least amount of dialog, in an action movie! But seriously, it was great to be in the #1 movie
in the country!

>Ryan: I hope to see you at Frank Shamrocks' comeback fight, but if
not, I ALWAYS appreciate you making time for me as you are one of the best my friend!

>Stephen: I`ll try to make it. It`s always a pleasure Ryan!
