UCC 13 to take place in Montreal May 10

UCC 13 will return to the Pierre-Charbonneau Centre in Montreal May 10th.
The Pierre Charbonneau Centre is where the UCC started and where it also held its last event which featured such names as Anthony Fryklund, David Loiseau, Jermaine Andre, Duane Ludwig, Jens Pulver, John Alessio, Mark Hominick, Pain Peters and Thomas Denny.

The UCC has another stacked card planned and will feature many top Canadian fighters against the best the MMA world has to offer.

So far, the following fights have been confirmed :

- Welterweight Super Fight : Tiki Ghosn vs Georges "Rush" St-Pierre

- Canadian MW Championship : Sean "Pimp Daddy" Pierson vs Steve "Lionheart" Vigneault

- Canadian SLW Championship : Mark "The Machine" Hominick vs TBA

- Ivan Menjivar vs TBA

- Anthony Rea vs Ian Freeman

- Tony "The Freak" Fryklund vs "Rude boy" Stephan Potvin

- Krystof Midoux vs TBA;

- Ryan Narte vs Donald Ouimet;

- Patrick Côté vs Yan Pellerin;

Possible "TBA" contestants include Jeff Curran to face Ivan Menjivar and Sean Alvarez to face Krystof Midoux. As for Mark Hominick, his opponent is dependent on the results of a SLW tournament set to take place in the UCC Proving Grounds events. The road to the SLW contender's slot begins Saturday March 22 at "Proving Grounds 9" in Victoriaville, QC
