View Full Version : Let's stop making excuses for Sak
Money 03-17-2003, 04:16 PM His skills are noticibly diminished.
I don't think he ever recovered from the Silva beating.
It's time for him to contemplate retirement. We don't want him to be the Ali of MMA's. A shell of his former self.
Losing to Nino is akin to Ali losing to Spinks.
Bluecifer 03-17-2003, 04:30 PM I hate to ****ing say it, but money may be right for the first time in his life. Still, Sak is one of my all time favs.
Big-g 03-17-2003, 05:13 PM Really i toguht Sak was looking better striking then he ever has...stfu money. But i give Nino credit, luckey knee or not he throw it at the correct time.

Bluecifer 03-17-2003, 05:18 PM Sak was majorly owning Nino before the Knee. Still though, props to Nino for hanging in there and capitalizing on Sak's mistake. Sak was just careless and got caught.

**** that if Sak won that match, peope would say Sak is gonna make a comeback..Sak is NOT done.
Piedra 03-17-2003, 06:05 PM So want opponent he should have caol uno or bjpenn? sak must stop now he should be a trainer not a fighter.
Mr. Beelzebub 03-17-2003, 06:16 PM He was in control of that match, got careless, started to showboat, and paid for it...
He is still one of the greatest.
Piedra 03-17-2003, 06:27 PM No one doubts sak is one of the greatest but as the fighter or the image he used to gave to mma, he should retire its like watching bas rutten been beated. For me he and everyone else I think sak is a legend I just dont like to see him losing constantly.

That's like calling Mr. Bobblehead one of the greatest posters.
No and no.
Sak couldn't take that French Pastry for eight minutes or so, he should have submitted Nino in under a minute like he did Ritch. He's lost four of his last six fights.
That is not one of the greatest like records.
Mr. Bobblehead give opinions on Christopher Street and their gay scene as that is what you are good at.
Mr. Beelzebub 03-17-2003, 06:34 PM Nice comeback, ***. Try to come up with your own material (I mean the Christopher St. reference just in case, ****ing moron).
Now, you obviously don't have the slightest idea of who Nino Schembry is. Comparing Nino to Shannon is the worst analogy I have ever heard. You don't know **** about MMA Money, so why don't you keep your lame ass posts in Ot, where you can get flamed and owned by everybody there.
You keep amazing me with your retarded posts assshole.
Big-g 03-17-2003, 06:40 PM Money just face it...you dont know ****.

Nino is a decent submission guy but not at the level of Sak.
This was considered a tune up fight for Sak. And as people stated, Sak toyed with Nino before getting careless.
Sak should have not toyed with Nino and gotten a heel hook on Nino asap. (See I know MMAs a heel hook, that's what Mir used on Tank)

Fallout 03-18-2003, 02:11 AM He should cut to 170 and comes to the UFC.
The guy could make 170 easy.
