Any punch with the back of your hand is ILLEGAL. And usually the overhand right is over the jab if they're an orthodox fighter.

i was hittin the mitts with that punch tonite and it didnt seem to hurt at all, but that punch my trainer said is hard to block to cuz u have to go over their guard with it and you bend your elbows so you can slip the punch rite over their guard.
