Hello. I am looking for good bodyweight exercises to improve my leg strength and endurance. I like the hindu squat and the sumo squat, but I have a problem in that my back does not straighten and I stoop over while doing them. What can I do to cure this problem? Also, every time I do hindu squats for a few days I get a tight feeling as if bands are trying to keep my knee joints constricted. What can I do to cure these problems? I appreciate all advice. Thank you.
