ok i do a 3-4 mile run evry moring and after i skip for 20 but when i do the skiping so days a get a right painful stich when i jump should i cary on skipping or should i stop because so times i cant jump no more

I hardened the **** up and carried on running clocking under 36 minutes (respectable).
