I don't know.. I always thought i had "fallen arches" in my feet and that might be it.

Maybe skip on a softer surface - i used to get them all the time at my old gym, which is floored with just concrete. But at the gym iv trained at since christmas i haven't had them - and the flooring is wooden.

Perhaps you should skip in the ring?

does it hurt bad?? u may have a pinched nerve... if not its probly jus sore and aching and it will go away with rest and recovery, like shin splints. i would try running barefoot every now and then to strengthen the muscles in ur feet. i dono if this would work, but u could wrap the foot that hurts like u wrap ur hands maybe the pressure will help. some suggestions...

Try some Gel insole's. Thats what I plan to do. Also jumping rope and running often seems to be working them out.

that happens to me when i jump rope, sometimes even when i shadow box.

i just move my foot alot before i start anything, like move my foot in a cirular motion...kinda hard to explain

im beggining to suspect that this is my shoes that is causing this.

You have a bad arch. Tape the middle of your foot to give it some extra support, wear shoes with better arch supports, and learn to give your feet some rest every now and then.

Also, ice massage the foot.

Well, my advice is to take these rocks out of your shoes and the pain will go away.
