I don't think you can replace a player like Henry, to be honest.

They will find someone though - with half the talent who will give them what they need.

Arsenal losing Henry is like a man losing a limb.

Van Persie and Eduardo da Silva (if he settles well and Persie is injury free) will be more than enough and no doubt score between 40-50 this season (between them both).

we should be ok aslong as van persie stays fit, never liked henry as captain he used to have a go at the young players to much even if it was his mistake, the guy is a legend and will be missed but the last two seasons hes been on the slide. The young players i think will blossom now because they dont have a mega star to look up to.

van Persie led the team in scoring last year and should again. Adebayor is very good. Rosicky will provide more scoring chances in his second year. Walcott looks hot. Fabregas could become world player of the year before too long and should soon be made captain.

The guy they actually bought is a Croatian national (Brazilian really though). Not much can be expected of him.

Yes I think they are better. They didn't improve with the transfer market, but the kids are all a year older, and Henry out of the way might actually help them.

Remember there was a point gap last year, and Liverpool have bought big. So another fourth place finish if it's closer is improvement. How many points did Arsenal have last year? They can improve that number without moving up, b/c Man U and Chelsea aren't necessarily getting much worse.

Thats pretty much how i see it. Van Persie will come of age this season and and i expect a good season from rosicky and an improvement from hleb. Plus a more settled and solid back 4. Not quite top 3 but still more than enough to keep spurs in 5th spot.

If anything Henry leaving will lift the tag that Arsenal were a one man team and I am sure the young players will flourish, I expect the Arsenal team of now to be a league winning team by 2010
