Numbness is not good, Pain will usually fix itself. Go seee a doctor. Dr. Bzob says you pinched a nerve and need muscle relaxers. 3-4 days you will be better

muscle relaxers rule, I remember when I had the neck injury from rugby this year. Best week of my life.

is it really completely numb, like you have no feeling what so ever? If it hasn't gotten better throughout the day, i would definitly go see a doc

They do rule. That's why I make sure never to run out.

I hate them, they make me sleep like 14 hours a night.

With them I sleep for about 6 hours a night, without it's like 2. I am plagued by chronic insomnia.

If you want to be frugal about it, just take some glucosamine and chondroiton. You'll feel better in a few weeks.

what are those 2 things?

Glucosamine and chondroiton come together in a supplement that eases joint pain and some claim actually rebuilds cartilage and ligaments. I personally don't believe it rebuilds cartilage, but it works great on joint pain, give it a try.

ya. they help with joint pain...they dont rebuild nothing

no need to take it, cause your arm is numb- not anything to do with joints.
