Kimura 03-13-2003, 06:54 PM Glucosamine and chondroiton come together in a supplement that eases joint pain and some claim actually rebuilds cartilage and ligaments. I personally don't believe it rebuilds cartilage, but it works great on joint pain, give it a try.
