i just recently started working nights, i was wondering if it would be better to adjust my supplement taking to accommodate my new schedule. Meaning should i take my AM. Sups in the evening and my PM sups in the morning or should i just stay linear?

when i'm on nights i do a week of them i start at 10 pm and finish at 730am i have breakfast as soon as i get home then i sleep from about 830-2 then i have another meal on waking and another at about 8 or 9 i rarely eat acutally at work.
