hey guys, i own a 110 lb heavy bag and i would like to get a 200lb one but all the ones i've seen are at least 300 dollars...even the unfilled ones are very expensive...my question is, could i modify the heavybag i have now to hold that kind of weight or would i have to buy the specially made ones?

i had a 100 pound bag and took out the bladder and the inside and filled it with sand and duct taped the bag like 4 layers of tape so it wont rip and its lasted for 2 years so far and still goin strong. its hard as **** though so u gotta wrap ur hands real real REAL good so u dont get hurt...

put sand in little sandwich bags and jus fill the bag up to the top. it works pretty good for me.

i filled mine with 255 pound of sand...
