Nobody gets my sense of humor. And sense of humor is important to me. Sometimes I want to be left alone, but its a sudden thing, so I just tell people to leave me alone, which pisses them off. But its like it suddenly hits me, so I dont have time to put it into nice words. I'm pretty blatant in what I say. People dont like that, either.

And I dont really like to talk about feelings and issues. I keep them in my head, which isnt the best thing, but its how I like it.

My girlfriend is the same way, we recently broke up. She needed time alone out of blue and I took that as constant rejection, I guess I could have been pacient and undertanding, but what can I say, i am a moron.

It would be hard not to take as rejection..I'd feel rejected if someone told me to leave them alone, but I just get sudden urges to be by myself with my thoughts.

Im pretty much the same way. I believe in "doing your own time". I dont need a counsiler. your right not to discuss your issues with anyone else. If you did they will either 1) tell you everything will be alright 2) wait till you finish so they can immediatly dump thier problems on you expecting to bond out of pity. 3) tell you how much worse they have it so they can win the "I have it bad" award.
