I think it's too early to judge because we have no idea what Quartey will be like as he is no spring chicken now. My common sense notion would make me favour Tito before i have even seen Quartey back as i think his fighting style would be perfect to face the Bazooka and Tito came back against such a risky opponent in Mayorga which tells me he is ready for anything.

Quartey and Tito would probably be at middleweight for a while and both want super fights, this would be a super fight.
