I am gonn eat some breakfast and i need carbs what should i eat?

bagel
creial
waffel
grits

which one would be best?


any suggestions?

Vulgar- bread, potatoes, rice are all high in carbs,, anything with high sugar is gonna be high in carbs bro

Check out the nutritional value on the packages and see what is the best fit


also when do you workout, in the morning? afternoon or at night

I got home at midnight last night and baked Chocolate Chip Banana Bread...I've eaten almost half the loaf.

Not sure why I posted this other then to rid myself of the guilt I am feeling from my gluttonous behavior. :(

**** i wish i could read packages. I go to the cafeteria on campus and there are NO labels anywhere i have been begging them for neutrition facts for over a year and nothing!

I do my best to wake up at 8 or 9 am and run and do crunches and all that.

in the afternoon if i don't work i Box and run/walk from like 3 - 5 or 6

if i work i'm constatnyl walking around for the shift so i would assume i am walking about 1/2 mile to a mile there anyway

then at night M/W/F i got BJJ at 9 T/Th 7
