K-1 as a company has more money then the UFC and has the Asian market cornered for the foreseeable future. Their side promotion K-1 Hero's which is the mma side of the company, is pretty full of top talent too.

yeah i think tank would gas pretty quick in this fight, hope he catches kimbo b4 he does though, can't really stand that guy and his lil street fighting crew he hangs with, tanks gettin on in his age but i hope he knocks kimbo out in the first round.

Yeah it seems like their handling him pretty good. I mean there putting him in there with opponents that were names at one point and could present a challenge for him, but are definitely beatable. He should just keep fighting these kind of fights for a while and then if he does well get into UFC.

I read a interview with Dana White shortly before Kimbo's match with Mercer, White said Kimbo will never be in the UFC.

I think Dana has a thing against the image of street fighters. There was one episode of the reality show where he kicked a few guys off for fighting outside the ring. He cited how much time he has spent to draw the public opinion away from ufc as streetfights.

But as a business decision, if Kimbo gets much, much better, and talks of ufc hopes, his name would draw alot of money. Dana might have to get him in there.
