What's the deal? - The Jake Magic Man 03-10-2003, 08:17 PM Well, in the paper, i saw this interesting deal where (I'm not totally 100% sure of the particulars) if you are personal trainer accredited, you can actually start up a small operation in affiliation with them, they put up the cash for the equipment and stuff and you eventually pay it back over time - but it will be like you're own business. I'm not sure if they are doing the same thing all over the country. Not a bad option but considering I'm leaving the country it's usefullness to me directly may be short lived. That said I have a friend (my old training partner) who is looking at starting up is own gym, is about to be VicFit certified and is already in the midst of scouring venues. I half expect he would have one by now.
