But what of people who are eternally doomed in love? I use to go out with a girl who is one of the nicest people I have ever known. Hence I broke up with her and now am with somewhat of a *****. However this girl often says how much she loves me and always will, but it kills her everytime she sees me with someone else. She has dated others since me, but says it is never the same....

Is it better that she loved and lost, or would she be better off if she was ignorant to it all??

Sad part is that some women are plain ignorant and for the betterment of men everywhere, in their case, yes it would have been best if they never loved at all.

They just don't get the hint and they keep calling and calling and calling.... and they can't let go so they just turn into bitter twisted sows....

The crowd over at Sherdogs has really degenerated into a ***** whipped version of it's former self.

Animal Mother & Bruce Lovely still make me chuckle. As well as the odd post by Punkmother. Apart from that, it's not the place it used to be in all honesty.

And if you read the novels, Conan has had a few loves that touched his heart (Valeria is one, that nubian pirate queen was 'nother - forget her name). That's off the top of my head. He just makes sure that 99 times out of a hundred the little head is thinking for the big head. :)
