They both have their benefits. phallus 07-14-2007, 04:55 AM I go 3 rounds on a lighter bag and then 3 rounds on a heavier bag each day. Why not use each kind? I don't know the weight but they are insane. I can literally go like 3 rounds on them before my hands start to hurt. :tapedshut SpeedKillz 07-14-2007, 10:32 AM i agree with the posts that u should use different weight bags. practice on different kinds of weight bags will sharpen u up, if ur hittin them right. my gym only has like the 110 pound bags, so thats all i do, but if u got access to light and heavy bags, nice. VERSATILE2K12 07-14-2007, 10:44 AM My coach has told me to go on the lightest bags there now. It works my foot movement and speed. Because the bag is so little everytime I hit it with a good combo it moves so I have to move around to hit it on the other side so it wont move again. It works really good with snaps. |
