too broad a question. how much u weight, how long u been trainin? u wanna fight AM or pro? without bein able to do crunches thats a large setback. boxing and karate is not the least bit alike, so ur gonna have to start from square 1 training to be a boxer. couldnt comment on ur routine like, depends wut kinda shape ur in. it could be good for someone and not as good for someone else. be more specific with ur questions and if u want some routines, u can search on the forums hundreds of posters are in the same boat as u, so there is plenty of advice here...

Well the thing about back exercies I can do them but just not like hundreds at a time, but I cna do back execies when I do sit ups I normally do 4 sets of 20 reps. I updated my first post to include my height and weight.
