Wow they finally took Lindland off the top spot. I guess I agree with a lot of it, but I do think Sherk should be top 5, Melendez is the best LW out there but I’m not gonna argue with the #3 spot, Sergei is easily top 5 in my book so not seeing him in the top 10 is surprising, same with Machida.

They do show a lot of bias sometimes, Lindland and his mmaweekly buddies is the best example of it.

randy couture should be #2....big nog was almost out in his last fight......Bar that brief 30 seconds where he was KD’d, he dominated the fight. Some of wins in the last 4 years include Ricco, CroCop, Heath, Barnett, Sergei and Werdum all of which were top 5 at one time or another. As much as I love and respect Randy, he only beat a Tim Sylvia who was riddled with major faults; Couture isn’t even in the same stratosphere as Minotauro, not now, not in his prime, not ever.

It's funny how Gonzaga about kicks CroCops head off, but then can't get ranked ahead of him. I mean i like Mirko, but after you beat somebody you should be ranked ahead of that guy.

Exactly. Yet Serra gets #1 for beating a GSP when he wasn't even top 10.

Wow?

Randy doesn't even deserve to be in top 10, yet being number 2.

If there was an overated fighter at this moment Randy should be the guy. I mean, I like Randy I have a lot of respect for him but rating him above Heavyweight who proved themselves again and again?

Randy comes out of retirement, beat Tim Sylvia and suddenly becomes top of heavyweight, no way! Let's wait like 2-3 more fights from him.

About Big Nog being almost out... Do you seriously put guys behind in ranking just because they almost get KO? If so, Randy should be way behind compared to Big NOG because Big Nog never been KO'ed while Randy has been sbmitted and KO'd in the past.

True Mirko has the better resume, but as the saying goes aren't you only as good as your last fight.
