We've got that bag at our gym and it's bloody good. I say this because its water filled it doesn't move around at all so you can continue to punch the thing without it swinging away. One thing though the tops a little broken on ours so whenever you punch it hard you get wet by the foul water thats been in there for years lol. good bag though, i also heard jeff lacy uses one to guage how a persons body reacts to it being hit.

Good choice just make sure it's indoors as if your hiting the bag against brick then maybe it may leak water over time.

don't get a water bag get a normal bag, much better

this is a good bag real heavy duety n it beater that water cut if it pops your ****ed arnt you but it about $300 in your money

i think a durable water bag is a good idea. easy on the joints, and like No1 said, doesnt swing so much

get a ****ing everlast or title boxing angle bag, trust me. water bags are only good if u have a regular bag first. do not make a water bag your only bag.
