hot sauce nor anything hot really does aything special o my bowels, it's no different than eating ceery for my system. But i sure do love the stuff, i like to eat steak w/ habanero sause and msot meals generally revolve around it.I eat it w/ every meal and I basically treat it like salt. I f something tastes like ****, pour on the hot sauce till that's all you taste and voila u got a 5 star meal.
Hot Sauce i also a really good nickname for someone.

I make my buffalo wings with Tapatio.

I also like cheese.

I like to get a bag of micro popcorn and sprinkle Tapatio on it.

Pop corn doesn't go down easy with beer. Trust me.

I haven't tasted it but my preffer hot sauce are Tabasco and Romesco with garlic....

hot sauce with tequila blanco and lemon that is really good it blows your brains away.
