Heres some more videos. I have been going a little light on trainin recently kinda taking a break, but Im abouthis to get back on it and this was a day to kinda knock the rust off and see where Im at. I recorded it and figured I might as well throw it on her since you *****es think all I do is talk about gear. i think Ive progressed alittle if you compare the before and after videos, but neither is really me at my best. The "before"s are the old videos I put up, the "afters" are the new videos. In the new heavybag one that squeeking sound is my damn shoes.

I recorded these two new ones and another one of me moving around the ring, unfortunatly I was very dissappointed. Im flat footed alot more than I thought, and I kept ****in up on the speed bag and some other things. Like I said though I havent been goin as hard recently and it shows to me, but this is what the videos are for to see what I do wrong.

thanks, actually I do get caught with alot of right hands in sparring, I have to work on keepin my left up.

Theres lots of things I see Im doin wrong, im kinda dissappointed. Flat footed alot, my elbows are out, droppin the left when I throw the right...

I was ready to hate but there isnt really alot to hate on. besides not bending the legs and coming up with power. and pivoting and turning hips

Ive lost 45 pounds this year but with this little break I took i gained 5. Ive already lost that though.

haha, actually that is another thing I noticed. My lead leg looks straight out and akward.

Nice vids. The gym your at looks a million times better than the one I was going to. You like you get tired easy but I'm sure you were going many rounds, nice job man.

nah man, it was HOT as ****. I live in Vegas and it was seriously over 110 degrees. I was diein. I did 5 rounds jumpin rope, then two movin around the ring and one on the heavybag before I did the heavybag video, then three more heavybag rounds and then the speed bag.


and as far as the gym goes ive been to alot better gyms. I also go to Johny Taccos gym cause they have more and better bags. But this one has ALOT of big name pros comin through.

I'm not going to suck your **** and give you what you want, but I will say this; this video was a lot better then many posted. So many people post ****ing terrible videos and then people comment, "oh damn that's pretty ****ing good!".. no, most of them really aren't. Anyway, your footwork is sluggish and you cross your legs a lot, and you **** back your right hand so god damn far that I wouldn't be suprised if you elbowed someone judging a fight of yours. Other then that, I like what you are doing.

And since were on the matter, isn't it funny how everyone who posts a video says something about how they aren't at there best when they made the video? Something is always negatively affecting them that day, whether it be inactivity, alcohol, anything really. But then they are sure to tell us that they are posting the video because everyone is ***gots. Why don't people just make a video of them on a GOOD ****ing day and take the criticism like a man? This isn't at you, Animal, it's at everyone in general.

i know what your talkin about on the "bad day thing" its just like when everyone loses and they have 30 excuses. This really wasnt me at my best though, I film my workouts alot to look for stuff, this was just the latest one I did and since I was getting flack for only talkin gear or something I put it up. I didnt intend for it to be on here or go all out for the camera.

Ya, I do feel ya on that one. Although a lot of people usually just don't film themselves goin' hardcore, at least I don't really. Haha, first of all if I took my camera to where I train, it'd prolly get stolen. Also, I'd just feel like a tool filming myself there, with everyone around... I'll bet a lot of guys are like that. Although ya, it is kinda annoying when people go on and on about having a runny nose that day, having just done 30 rounds prior, saved some orphans from a burning building just before and then sprinted all the way to the gym...

EDIT: Forgot the other part,

I think you did a decent job Animal, a few things that need tweaking, like everyone else. How far has your weight come down now?

Man, watching the vids really makes me miss training, ****ing Germany...

I think right now if you fight other big heavyweights you will do very well, because they will be staying on the inside with you and you can use your fast hands. It is the 210-215 lb guys with good movement who you'll have trouble with because your weight hinders your footspeed. You will also have some difficulty with the taller heavyweights for the same reason, lack of footspeed to get inside caused by your excess weight. It is plain to see that you have a lot of potential, just need to lose more weight.

lookin good animal, I saw one of your sparring vids ages ago and no offence I wasn't impressed but you looked good on the bag, nice snap on those punches now man, i like it!
