When you 1st sign up you enter a draft and then you get taken by a team, and thats the team you are now on. It is pretty cool, only bad thing is that there is only one game a day. During the season you play normal games, and once a week you play a game in your cup tournament, which is a tournament of all the teams/leagues in the country you play in
