Henry wrote this book after his best friend James was murdered. Very saddening. A real expression of pain and loss. Don't read it unless you wanna be pissed or upset, or empathise with someone who perpetually is.

On the subject of perpetually pissed off characters, I'm busy reading 'The Conan Chronicles' by Robert Jordan (author of the Wheels of Time series). I need a break from serious reads after 3 months of business and real estate books.

On the list to buy/borrow/read is:
"Science and Practice of Strength Training" by Vladimir Zatsiorsky
- apparently one of the best strength coaches in the world. Redefines powerlifting.

and quite possibly:
"Supertraining 2003 sixth edition" by Mel C Still, PhD
