View Full Version : I find it soooo hard to gain wait, can someone help
WolfOnTheHill 07-03-2007, 12:10 PM i think am a light weight now, but i want to go up a class,
i eat chicken, fish, potatoes, rice, scrambled eggs, mass extreme, and others stuff everyday,but its not putting much extra on me, i only been eating this a couple weeks though.
its keeping me nice and lean, but i want BIGGER, my metabolism is too good!
anyone got any tips
fasman 07-03-2007, 12:25 PM Theres no real trick in gaining weight, you have to eat big, proteins, carbs, etc and lift big, i.e, weight training.. Get protein shakes in, snack on almonds..
Plus you've only been on this for a few weeks, thats not enough time, be patient and after some months you'll see the difference...

or train normallyy weight training and eat in large amount of protien.
i dont believe in protien shakes because its more comercial that its useful all the protien needed you could get it natural old schoolers did it and i think you could

Versastyle 07-03-2007, 03:19 PM Trade places with me.I seem to gain it easy.haha. Now but forreal you need to eat alot of protein foods.**** loads of it,and actually do pushups and all of that. Increase your meals intake slowly too.

You'll gain fat too, but that's really the only way to do it. You can trim the fat afterwards.

it would stick too good carbs like wholewheat and eat more off it, but it aint that important.
tips to get the kcals upp, have a tablspoon off good olive oil to every meal and snack on nuts.

I agree, but general rule of a thumb is that you can eat a lot more bad carbs then good carbs. And good carbs with some sugar will definately help gaining weight.

ps thanks everyone for the help, i think am on the right tracks, but its a pain in the ass to have to eat so much cause its so time consuming
pps when i eat something close to bedtime, i wake up starving!! why is this? and is it bad?
