I unfortunately have been waking up late lately.
because of this i start my work out at 2 and finish around 6 or 7.
this means i don;t eat till 6 or 7 at night.
this also means taht my chances of working out more than once a day are very limited.
when school starts again i will be waking up at 10 for class and won't have a chance to work out till after class or work dependsing if i work that day.
should i be waking up at like 8 or 9 then to work out?
I cannot box till the afternoon and i can;t box at all if i work that day.
I also have BJJ at night.
