How come I can't give Karma to people until I've given about 20 doses to others, when I regularly get double doses from others.

I only give positive karma, and only for posts that I think are deserving, yet a lot of the time I get into NSB, read a diamond in the rough so to speak, and go to hit it with the green, it tells me i've got to spread the autobot love before giving it to some guy who I don't really know from Adam.

Its called unlimited karma you can or could ..I am not sure anymore .. buy it In the vbPlaza.. It cost 31000 or so points..

Anyways That is why some can do it and others cant...
